1. Initial Assessment
Your journey begins with a detailed physical Therapy initial assessment where our PT's will evaluate your running history, current fitness level, and specific goals. This assessment helps us understand your strengths and areas for improvement, allowing us to create a personalized training plan tailored to your needs.

2. Biomechanics Analysis
Using advanced technology such as high-speed cameras and motion analysis software, we capture and analyze your running form in detail. This analysis provides valuable insights into your biomechanics, helping us identify any inefficiencies or issues that may be affecting your performance or increasing your risk of injury.

3. Customized Training Plan
Based on the findings from your initial assessment and biomechanics analysis, we develop a customized training plan that is designed to help you achieve your specific goals. This plan includes a combination of running workouts, strength training exercises, flexibility routines, and recovery strategies. We make sure that your plan is well-balanced and progressive, allowing you to improve steadily without overtraining.

4. Ongoing Coaching and Support

Mark’s specialties are Manual Therapy and Sports Performance. He is certified in the Essential Elements of Running, L1 Certified Walking Gait Analysis, L1 & L2 Certified Running Gait Analysis, and Certified Endurance Running Coach Mark has been a sports orthopedic physical therapist for 29 years. He graduated from SUNY at Buffalo and made his way to Tucson, Arizona to open his private practice with his wife Jodi in 1999. He and Jodi grew their practice to 7 locations and was a favorite in the Tucson community for PT services. He and Jodi sold the company in 2022 and moved back home to Western NY to be closer to family. Mark and Jodi have 3 boys, two in college and one in high school. His philosophy is to find the the true cause of someone’s dysfunction and not just treat the symptoms. He spends 100% 1:1 time with every client and gives them everything they believe a PT should provide with each visit. “The 3D motion capture technology and Run DNA app is one of the best systems out there to help treat injured runners and improve their performance. Jodi is originally from the Buffalo, NY area where she graduated from the University of Buffalo with her Physical Therapy degree in 1996. She lived in Tucson, Arizona for 25 years where she co-owned a large physical therapy practice with her husband Mark. During that time, Jodi and Mark spent most of every summer in Livingston County to be closer to their families and to expose their three sons to the beauty of the Finger Lakes area. After 23 years of business in Tucson, they sold their practice to relocate full time to Livingston County. Jodi is an outpatient orthopedic therapist and has completed extensive post-graduate education to augment her knowledge and skill set. In the last several years, Jodi has become a PWR! Parkinson’s Certified Physical Therapist, as well as a Certified Head Coach for Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s . Quality of treatment and personal, individualized , compassionate care is of utmost importance to Jodi. While Jodi enjoys treating all outpatient orthopedic conditions in her Physical Therapy practice, she particularly enjoys working with the Parkinson’s Community, which led her to open Rock Steady Boxing Conesus Lake, within Kingfisher Physical Therapy, in 2025. Her Rock Steady Boxing boxers keep her moving and motivated, inspiring her with their grit and determination, their resilience and their humor and compassion with each other. While not treating patients or leading Rock Steady Boxing classes, Jodi enjoys time with her extended family and time in the outdoors, especially with Mark, her three sons and two dogs . Being active with her family and enjoying the food, beverages and music offered in Livingston County and the surrounding Finger lakes areas afterwards is her favorite way to spend her leisure time, especially in and around Conesus Lake.
